Market Reactive will keep a fully equipped design base at DDA’s London offices, sharing back room efficiencies, as DDA fulfils increasing client desire for fully-integrated comms and creative campaigns. Market Reactive will be on hand to handle DDA’s own creative requirements, in addition to those of its clients.

Winner of the Creative Agency of the Year 2015 at last October’s Screen Awards, the move is a further sign of Market Reactive’s growing prominence within the entertainment industry, with the company already boasting a client roaster that includes STUDIOCANAL; eOne; Lionsgate (UK); United Agents; Curzon; Kaleidoscope; Peccadillo; ITV; and Soda Pictures. Today’s alliance facilitates the broadening of the company’s reach out of the UK, and into the US and International market place.

As our industry continues to evolve and grow, clients are increasingly on the look-out for agencies able to provide fully-integrated creative solutions. This alliance is the natural response to these desires. We’re thrilled to work with our new friends at MR, and are delighted that our clients will soon feel the benefits of their award-winning creative design.” DDA

Edinburgh International Film Festival has appointed leading global communications agency DDA to manage its Press and PR requirements for the next three years.

DDA will work closely with the senior Festival team over a period that incorporates both the 70th edition of the Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2016 and the 70th anniversary of EIFF and Edinburgh’s establishment as the world’s leading festival city in 2017. The agency will provide a year- round service to the EIFF working both remotely and on the ground in the lead up to the Festival in 2016, running from 15-26 June.

Mark Adams, EIFF Artistic Director, said:” We are delighted to be working with DDA and feel their enthusiasm and commitment will be a perfect fit as EIFF looks to build on the success of our 2015 edition.”

DDA’s President, Film and TV, Neil Bhatt commented; “Under the leadership of Artistic Director, Mark Adams, EIFF’s creative team share in DDA’s passion for bringing the best in both home-grown and world cinema to as wide an audience as possible. We are delighted to have been asked to work with the EIFF team to continue to build the festival’s position as one of international importance through our shared relationships with the most exciting and innovative new film talent and the world’s media.”

DDA’s appointment comes after EIFF recently put its Press and PR Services up for competitive tender and the agency will now be tasked with managing all aspects of the Festival’s press needs.
